I visited Safelite AutoGlass, in Marietta, to have my windshield replaced. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Safelite. I was able to make an appointment online with no problem. The technician plainly explained the process and the possible issues that could arise. I was pleased to hear that no unexpected issues were found. The receptionist and other staff were very polite. I would recommend them to friends.

Update: After over a month of being rescheduled over and over, Tesla fixed it within an hour… You guys should be really embarrassed. Like your manager has absolutely failed. 4 appointments canceled within 24 hours of the visit because “the glass didn’t arrive.” 4 times I rearranged my life for an appointment that didn’t happen. So here I am a medical provider canceling my patients for nothing… so sad for them. I suspect Safelite does not want to work with Tesla’s. I wish my insurance would stop going through them. Staff attitude was very “whatever” about it. OH, the last guy said “he has a piece of Tesla glass I can come look at but he doesn’t know if it’s right.”??? No apologies. Dude I live in midtown, does it not have a label on it? Do I have to come and read for you? To top it off I have a family member ill I cannot drive to see because of the extent this company has let me down.

Had my windshield repaired at Safelite Marietta recently. Clifton Giddings helped me out and did a solid job—professional and easy to work with. The repair still has a slight visible mark from the rock chip, but overall it looks much better and I’m satisfied with the result. Smooth and professional experience.

The service was very good the tech did an awesome job. He arrived & went straight to work. Very pleased would definitely use them again & recommend Safelite to someone.

BEWARE LOCATION AND CHOOSE A GOOD TECH!! AVOID getting work from Darian. guy called when on the way to my house sounded like he was asleep or high and when he got here I knew it. Didn’t take his job seriously at all. He left my car a mess - dirt and bugs and everything everywhere, left the old rubber from the window all over and in the door of my car , his car cleaner spray can was left under my car (which he didn’t even use because he didn’t clean my windshield) AND the worst part is totally destroyed my side panels and first tired to tell me it was already like that then when I told um NO that’s not true he said he was texting his boss about it to get it fixed and that safelight is good for these things because it’s such a big company. However he gave me no number to call to confirm and to be honest with the way he does his work I don’t trust that he was doing anything to get my side panels fixed that he ruined. I knew when he called I should have canceled and got someone else he sounded high or something. Dude needs a different job because he is not good at this. Very unsatisfied…I really just hope my windshield was done correctly. *TYLER came and fixed my side panels and he wa
